Insurance and Payment
New patient appointments are $150, and follow-ups are $100.
If you do not have insurance, there is a sliding scale available for folks who make under 200% of the 2026 Federal Poverty Guidelines.
Ambetter – We will accept this insurance on September 1st
Aetna – We will accept this insurance on September 15th
BCBS – We will accept this insurance on October 1st
UHC – We will accept this insurance on October 30th
Medicare and Medicaid are in process.
MedCost is not currently accepting new providers.
After negotiations with Cigna, I will not currently be accepting Cigna.
