Who We Care For

As a primary care practice, we care for nearly everyone.

We see patients 13 years and up, and we have some groups of folks that Wren tends to work more frequently with. Below are some common people we see in clinic or common conditions we help people manage.

Hepatitis C & HIV Management

Wren has completed additional education through the American Academy of HIV Medicine (AAHIVM) in order to obtain a specialist certification. They treat hepatitis C and manage HIV in the primary care setting when appropriate.

Substance Use

Wren has completed additional training through Providers Clinical Support System (PCSS) for management of alcohol use disorder, methamphetamine use, and opioid use. Wren prescribes medications for opioid use disorders (MOUD).

Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome

EDS, hyper mobile spectrum disorder (HSD) and their common associated symptoms and conditions (MCAS, POTS, dysautonomia, histamine intolerance, etc)

Hormone Therapy for Trans Folks

Wren has completed significant training and mentorship through the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH), and they believe gender-affirming care is primary care.

Neurodivergent Folks

ADHD and autism support, affirming referrals, management of common co-occurring conditions, and medication management.

Queer Folks

Wren has completed additional education through The National LGBTQIA+ Health Education Center. They work to provide culturally competent care for all patients who have felt underrepresented in medical spaces.
